My stay at Caesars was a mix of highs and lows. The location was fantastic, right on the Boardwalk with easy access to entertainment and dining. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the lively casino atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness and service left much to be desired, as I encountered issues that affected my overall experience.

The room was in need of better cleaning and upkeep, as I found hair and dirt upon arrival. The view was stunning, but those cleanliness issues were hard to overlook.

The service was quite mixed. While the staff members were friendly, there were significant lapses, such as a staff member entering without knocking and a long wait for room service which ended up being incorrect.

The hotel's location right on the Boardwalk was absolutely ideal. I loved being able to easily access shopping and entertainment.
